Fees 

• Digital Transcription services are charged at $44 per hour (inclusive of GST).
• The hourly rate for transcription services will be charged in 15 minute incremements.  However, a minimum charge of 1 hour will apply. 
• There are no after hours costs (Monday to Friday).  A surcharge applies if work is required to be completed over the weekend.
• Urgent documents (those required within 3 hours) will attract an additional surcharge of $5 per hour.
• A sundry charge may apply for items such as photocopying and CD burning if needed to complete the job.

Payment

• We accept cash, cheque or direct deposit.
• Direct deposit bank account details will be provided upon receipt of your instructions.
• Payment is due within 7 days of receipt of the invoice (unless otherwise arranged).
• A penalty fee of 10% will be incurred if payment is not received by the due date.
• Invoices will be email in PDF format together with the completed job.
